Zhitong Finance and Economics APP message, Jinxin Communications (301109.SZ) announced that the company has signed a "Tripartite Preliminary Understanding Agreement" with the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Almaty City Government. The company plans to implement a solid waste energy disposal project in Almaty City, with a planned investment of approximately 280 million US dollars. The agreement signed by the three parties is currently only preliminary and informational, and does not constitute a legally binding document for any party.
