The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the National Development and Reform Commission, and 10 other departments jointly issued the "Implementation Plan for Promoting Agricultural Product Consumption," proposing to tap the potential of online sales. They will deepen the implementation of the "Internet +" agricultural products leaving the village and entering the city project. They will further expand the "digital commerce revitalizing agriculture," organize activities around the theme of revitalizing agriculture in various regions, carry out online consumer expansion activities according to local conditions, guide e-commerce platforms to upgrade services, and comprehensively improve user consumption experience. They will guide e-commerce platforms to integrate county-level consumption demand, develop formats such as instant retail and community e-commerce, expand local retail supply such as fresh supermarkets and convenience stores. They will promote cooperation between high-quality agricultural product enterprises, textile and clothing enterprises mainly using cotton, wool, hemp, and silk as raw materials, and e-commerce platforms, conform to the national trend, and tailor products to the preferences of young mainstream consumers, create hot-selling products, and carry out first release activities.
