The Financial Times Stock Exchange 100-stock average closed at 9120.31 on the 25th, down 18.06 points or 0.20% from the previous trading day. The three major stock indices in Europe experienced mixed performance that day. Among individual stocks, financial stocks in the UK led the gains, with five of the top five stocks being: National Westminster Bank Group's share price rose by 3.51%, international equipment leasing company Ashtad Group's share price rose by 2.03%, sports betting company Enton Corp's share price rose by 1.57%, paper company Mondi's share price rose by 1.40%, and British natural gas supplier Centerlink Group's share price rose by 1.37%. On the other hand, the top five stocks in terms of decline were also financial stocks that day: Financial investment company 3i Group's share price fell by 2.81%, information services company Enfu Man's share price fell by 2.49%, financial investment company St. James Square's share price fell by 2.03%, UK real estate sales network company "Right Move" fell by 1.84%, and precious metal producer Fresnillo's share price fell by 1.54%.
