According to the joint application summons submitted on July 24, 2025, the court issued an order on July 25, 2025, including but not limited to delaying the hearing to September 29, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. in front of Judge Charis, pending the application results filed by the company in accordance with Chapter 622 of the Company Ordinance, sections 670, 671, 673, and 674; and the originally scheduled hearing on July 28, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. will be canceled.
