(hereinafter referred to as "Kedong Software"), intends to use its 25% equity held in Kedong Software according to the evaluation result of Beijing Kunyuan Zhicheng Asset Appraisal Co., Ltd. on July 11, 2025 with Report No. [2025]0621, valued at 161.125 million yuan, to increase the capital of the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Guangya Hongdao, of which 42.12025 million yuan will be included in the registered capital and 119.00475 million yuan will be included in the capital reserve. After this capital increase, the registered capital of Guangya Hongdao will change from 350 million yuan to 392.12025 million yuan, with Beijing Wisdom Source holding 10.7417% of Guangya Hongdao's equity and Dongtu Technology holding 89.2583% of Guangya Hongdao's equity.
