Zhtng Cijng APP News, Dongtu Technology (300353.SZ) announced that, according to the company's strategic planning and business development needs, in order to better integrate the company's overseas resources, promote enterprise development, and drive the layout of overseas industries, the company plans to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary in Hong Kong with its own funds, named Dongtu Technology Hong Kong Limited (tentative name, final name subject to registration results). The amount of this foreign investment is $2 million (or equivalent in other currencies, with the actual investment amount being the final total).
