China Materials Technology: Intends to acquire 15% equity of China Building Materials Aviation for 147 million yuan.

Sinoma Technology announced that the company plans to acquire 15% of China National Building Materials Aviation's equity held by China Composite Materials for 147 million yuan in cash. After the aforementioned equity acquisition is completed, the company will make a total capital increase of 500 million yuan to China National Building Materials Aviation in proportion to the shareholding ratio with China United Investment. After the completion of this transaction, the company will hold 40% of China National Building Materials Aviation's equity, while China United Investment will hold 60% of China National Building Materials Aviation's equity.
