Shangyuan Cultural Tourism: Consortium wins bid for Yuewang Valley Cultural Tourism Area Project in Shengzhou City.

Shangyuan Culture and Tourism announced that the company, together with East China Institute, Anhui Construction, Wangman Construction, Xiangfurui, and Yunkun Tourism, formed a consortium to participate in the bidding for the Yuelang Valley Cultural Tourism Area project in Shengzhou City, and was awarded the project. The project will be implemented in a "F+EPC+O" model, with a total investment of approximately 1.8 billion yuan. Shangyuan Culture and Tourism is expected to acquire 22% equity in the project company, with an investment amount of 156 million yuan. Meanwhile, Yunkun Tourism will jointly establish an operating company with Mountain and Water Culture Tourism and Xiangfurui, with a registered capital of 10 million yuan, and Shangyuan Culture and Tourism will hold a 33% stake. This transaction does not require approval by the shareholders' meeting and does not constitute a major asset restructuring.
