Yutong Bus has established a new company, which includes the business of leasing lithium batteries.

The Enterprise Check App shows that recently, the Chibi Yuchi Shunjie Automobile Sales Service Co., Ltd. was established, with Fan Yujun as the legal representative. Its business scope includes: motor vehicle appraisal; battery rental; and recycling and secondary use of waste power batteries for new energy vehicles. According to the equity penetration displayed by Enterprise Check, the company is indirectly wholly owned by Yutong Bus.
