At the seminar on the review of the development in the first half of 2025 and the outlook for the second half of the year in the photovoltaic industry today, Gui Xiaoyang, Deputy Director of the New Energy Department of the National Energy Administration, stated that the New Energy Department of the National Energy Administration will study policy measures to promote the integrated development of new energy, accelerate the research and formulation of policies for the upgrade and retirement management of photovoltaic power stations, continuously guide and promote localities to implement the requirements of document "136" as soon as possible, and introduce detailed implementation rules for electricity markets that adapt to the characteristics of local new energy.
