According to the official WeChat account of "Hefei High-tech Development Zone", the high-end photomask project of Crystal Magnesium Semiconductor, with a total planned investment of 12 billion yuan, has officially settled in the high-tech zone. The project mainly engages in the research, production, and sales of 28nm and above semiconductor photomasks, with an initial investment of 6.5 billion yuan and a monthly production capacity of approximately 3,200 pieces after reaching full capacity.
