The meeting emphasized the need to seize key points and resolutely implement the key tasks of ensuring the quality and safety of food. Firstly, it is necessary to effectively fulfill the responsibilities of quality and safety supervision for food. Focus on "accelerating the establishment of a food storage supervision mechanism", further improve the system of grain storage regulations, strengthen the management of food quality and safety, continuously advance the "iron fist action", and maintain high pressure on illegal activities. Secondly, it is necessary to continuously enhance the monitoring capabilities of food quality and safety. Timely organize and carry out risk monitoring of food quality and safety, do well in quality and safety risk prediction and early warning, strengthen the construction of the grain inspection and monitoring system, and extend quality and safety to pre-production prediction. Thirdly, fully leverage the guidance role of food quality standards. Optimize the grain standard system, focus on the revision of key standards such as green storage and reducing wastage. Increase the implementation of standards, accurately apply rapid testing method standards, and strictly control the quality of grain entering the warehouse. Fourthly, it is necessary to strengthen the supervision of grain circulation. Strengthen supervision and management of grain circulation behaviors, subjects, and industry safety production in accordance with responsibilities, regulate activities such as grain acquisition, storage, regulation, emergency response, and warehousing, and firmly hold the "world grain warehouse" well.
