Pearl River Holdings announced that as of the end of the second quarter of 2025, the company managed a total of 396 residential, public building, and sports venue projects, with a contracted construction area of approximately 47.1432 million square meters. Among them, there are 143 residential projects with a construction area of approximately 20.1472 million square meters; 222 public building projects with a construction area of approximately 23.6953 million square meters; and 31 sports venue projects with a construction area of approximately 3.3007 million square meters. In addition, in the second quarter, the Guanzhou Community Fitness Center and the Guangzhou Fangcun Workers' Culture Palace Swimming Pool were added, with an additional construction area of approximately 37.4 million square meters.
