The National Development and Reform Commission and the State Administration for Market Regulation are seeking public opinions on the draft amendment to the Price Law of the People's Republic of China. The draft for public opinion proposes to add a paragraph as the second paragraph: "Operators shall not engage in unfair pricing practices as defined in the preceding paragraph using data and algorithms, technology, and rules."
