According to the Qichacha app, recently, Shuidian Six Bureau Wind Power Equipment Co., Ltd. was established, with Li Meng as the legal representative and a registered capital of 1 million yuan. Its business scope includes: sales of metal structures; manufacture of metal structures; sales of sealing materials; manufacture of specialized machinery for construction materials production; manufacture of cement products, etc. Shareholder structure analysis on Qichacha shows that the company is wholly owned by China Water Resources and Hydropower Sixth Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd. under China Energy Construction Group.
