Wealth News App reports that Fushanxiang Shares (09977.HK) and the offeror Jingyu Enterprise Development (Shandong) Co., Ltd. jointly announced that the proposed privatization of the company through a merger by the offeror and the proposal to delist the H shares have been officially implemented as of the date of this joint announcement, and all effective conditions have been met. Therefore, the merger agreement is now in effect.
