Three senior executives of an internet company in Shanghai have been criminally detained for accepting bribes of over 40 million yuan from suppliers.
Recently, the Shanghai police obtained clues to a corporate reporting case through the Enterprise Protection Workstation, and successfully cracked a case involving a senior executive of a certain internet company receiving commercial bribes, arresting 7 suspects of bribery and bribery, with an amount involved exceeding 40 million yuan. After obtaining solid evidence, in June of this year, the Shanghai police launched a series of operations to catch the suspects. With the cooperation of the Zhejiang police, they successively arrested three individuals including Han, and four suppliers responsible for bribing him including Liu. Currently, the seven suspects are under criminal coercive measures by the police for suspicion of committing the crimes of accepting bribes as non-state employees and bribery of non-state employees. The case is still under further investigation.
