The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development recently issued the "Experience and Practices of Building 'Good Houses'", systematically summarizing the experience and practices of building "good houses" in various regions. According to reporters, Beijing has been selected for its innovative practices in six areas including improving support measures, transforming old houses into "good houses", and optimizing property services, providing replicable experiences for the whole country.
