According to the Qichacha app, recently, Perlaya Investment Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 10 million yuan. Its business scope includes: engaging in investment activities with its own funds, and providing asset management services for investments made with its own funds. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by Perlaya.
