The country's first open-source HarmonyOS robot operating system M-Robots OS is officially open source.

On July 24, 2025, at the Open Atom Open Source Ecological Conference, Shen Kaihong announced that the M-Robots open source project has officially launched. This project is incubated by the Open Atom Open Source Foundation and initiated by Shen Kaihong. It aims to build a unified robot operating system M-Robots OS based on open source Hongmeng in a collaborative manner, promoting the integration of the robot industry ecosystem, capability reuse, and intelligent collaboration.
