According to the Qi Cha Cha app, recently, Jiangsu Outai Inspection and Testing Technology Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 10 million yuan. Its business scope includes inspection and testing services, as well as metrology technical services. According to the equity penetration shown on Qi Cha Cha, the company is wholly owned by Ouputai.
