Our country has recovered a total of 104.5 billion yuan in medical insurance funds.

On July 24th, Zhang Ke, director of the National Medical Security Administration, introduced at a press conference on the theme of "high-quality completion of the 14th Five-Year Plan" held by the State Council Information Office that the safety net of medical insurance funds is continuously being strengthened and funds are operating steadily. By the end of 2024, the accumulated balance of the medical insurance fund was 3.86 trillion yuan. The fund supervision system has been fully established and a total of 104.5 billion yuan of medical insurance funds have been recovered.
