Sichuan Province Vice Governor Li Wenqing assumes the position of Chairman of a central enterprise.

According to Chuan Guan News, the latest information on the website of China Rongtong Asset Management Group Co., Ltd. "Management Team" section shows that Li Wenqing has been appointed as the Chairman and Party Secretary of China Rongtong Asset Management Group Co., Ltd. Public information shows that Li Wenqing was born in July 1969 in Ren Shou County, Sichuan Province. He is a member of the Communist Party of China, has a graduate degree, and a doctorate. In June 2024, Li Wenqing was appointed as a member of the Party Group of the Sichuan Provincial Government and was appointed as the Vice Governor of Sichuan Province in July of the same year. Prior to taking office at China Rongtong Group, he was responsible for industry, technology, and communication work in the Sichuan Provincial Government; responsible for overseeing safety production in certain areas; and assisted in financial, emergency management, and safety production work.
