The delegation leaders of Russia and Ukraine held one-on-one talks in Istanbul.

According to a reporter from the General Station, on July 23rd local time, the Secretary of the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council, Umerov, and the Assistant to the Russian President, Medinsky, held a one-on-one meeting in Istanbul.
