Wisdom Finance APP News, China Nonferrous Mining (01258.HK) announced that an object struck incident occurred in the southeast shaft of the Xicolor African Mining Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the company, resulting in the death of a Chinese subcontractor employee. According to the regulations of the Zambia Mining Safety Administration and the company and its subsidiaries' safety management, the Xicolor African Mining southeast shaft will be temporarily suspended from operation starting from June 27, 2025, with an initial estimated suspension period of approximately 90 days. After the expert group completes the on-site inspection and evaluation, Xicolor African Mining will formulate corrective measures according to local regulations and determine the final suspension deadline.
