Indian oil refiners may need to look for new markets outside of Europe.

Analysts say that due to the EU's new regulations that include oil derivatives produced from Russian crude in the sanctions list, Indian refiners may need to find new markets through fuel traders. India, as one of the largest buyers of Russian oil, exports a significant amount of its refined fuels to the European market.
