Boeing's 2025 "Pilot and Technician Outlook" predicts that the civil aviation industry will need nearly 2.4 million new professionals by 2044 to support the long-term growth of air travel. This includes 660,000 pilots, 710,000 technicians, and 1,000,000 cabin crew members.
