The reporter learned from the Heilongjiang Provincial Meteorological Bureau on the 23rd that from the night of the 24th to the day of the 26th, Heilongjiang will experience a rainfall process. The meteorological department reminds relevant areas to strengthen flood control and response measures, and pay attention to the impact of high temperature and humidity on public health and crops. It is expected that the main rainfall period will be from the night of the 24th to the day of the 26th, with accumulated precipitation of 30 to 70 millimeters in the eastern part of the Greater Khingan Mountains, northern Heihe, southern Yichun, Daqing, Suihua, Harbin, Jixi, and most parts of Mudanjiang. In some areas, such as the southern part of Harbin, the eastern part of Jixi, and the western part of Mudanjiang, the accumulated precipitation can reach 70 to 110 millimeters, with some towns receiving 120 to 160 millimeters. The maximum hourly precipitation in the southern part of Heilongjiang is expected to be 40 to 70 millimeters. Local heavy rainfall and inflow from upstream in Jilin will increase the risk of floods, flash floods, and geological disasters in the southern parts of Harbin and Mudanjiang.
