Alibaba Cloud Hundred Refineries has launched Qwen3-Coder

On July 23rd, it was announced that the latest AI programming large model Qwen3-Coder API has been launched on Aliyun Bailian. The minimum input and output prices per million tokens are 4 yuan and 16 yuan respectively, with an average price of 1/3 of Claude 4. Additionally, Aliyun Bailian has also introduced a limited time discount of up to 50%, where prices for 128K-1M character context lengths are discounted by half.
