The notice summarized and promoted 4 experiences in the digital field, including establishing an efficient, convenient and secure cross-border data flow mechanism, innovative "data processing in place" mode, establishing a cross-border data flow mechanism in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and innovating data hosting service models.
