Today, journalists learned from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs that the ministry recently issued a notice to guide local areas in steadily promoting high-quality development of integrated rice-fish farming industry from four aspects: standardization and improvement, transformation and upgrading, increasing income for farmers, and guaranteeing measures. The goal is to achieve more efficient farming models and greener production in three to five years, and to better utilize the role of integrated rice-fish farming in ensuring food security, stable supply of aquatic products, and increasing farmers' income and prosperity.
