Yi Sou Technology (02550) teams up with Supercomputing Technology to establish Novus Infusion, focusing on the Non-Material Cultural Heritage RWA platform.

Zhixun Finance APP News, Excel Technology (02550) announced that on July 23, 2025, the company has registered and established Novus Infusion Partners Limited (Novus Infusion) with Super Computing Technology Co., Ltd. (Super Computing, one of Huawei Cloud Solution Providers). The company and Super Computing Technology will each subscribe for 60% and 40% of the share capital of Novus Infusion with HK$3 million and HK$2 million in cash, respectively. Novus Infusion will become a direct non-wholly owned subsidiary of the company. The main business of Novus Infusion will be to issue Real World Assets (RWA).
