Jid Technology Announcement: The company plans to transfer 10% of the partnership shares of Anhui Jiaokong Fusion New Infrastructure Fund Partnership Enterprise held by Bengbu Deshi Entrepreneurship Investment Co., Ltd. at a price of 40 million yuan. After this transfer is completed, the company will no longer hold any shares of Anhui New Infrastructure Fund Partnership. In September 2023, the company, as a limited partner, participated in the investment of Anhui New Infrastructure Fund. Based on investment strategy and future development plans, it is proposed to transfer the 10% partnership shares of Anhui New Infrastructure Fund held by the company to Bengbu Deshi. This transaction is not considered a related party transaction, does not constitute a major asset restructuring, and does not require approval by the board of directors or shareholders' meeting.
