The State Administration for Market Regulation has approved 106 national standard samples.

The State Administration for Market Regulation recently approved the release of 106 national standard samples, focusing on building a modern standard sample system to provide solid technical support for industrial upgrading, livelihood security, and ecological governance. Among these are 17 consumer goods standard samples, which serve as the foundation for a comprehensive quality assurance system along the entire supply chain. Specifically, 11 of these standard samples for food and edible agricultural products cover the measurement of beneficial or harmful substances in food. The State Administration for Market Regulation has approved an extension of the validity period for 19 standard samples, including persistent organic pollutants, organochlorine pesticides, heavy metals, volatile organic compounds, nitrobenzene, petroleum hydrocarbons, and petroleum products. This aims to further improve the quality of ecological environment monitoring data, support the ongoing efforts in pollution prevention and control, and contribute to the construction of a beautiful China.
