Dongfeng Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. announced that the transfer of 25% equity of its affiliated company Kansborg Moerz Control System Co., Ltd. through public listing has been completed. The initial listing price for the equity was 16.7283 million yuan, and the listing took place on the Shanghai United Property Exchange from May 19 to June 16, 2025. On June 18, the buyer was confirmed to be Kansborg Automotive Components Co., Ltd. The two parties have signed a Property Trading Contract, with the transaction price being 16.728325 million yuan, and the buyer has completed payment of the full amount. This transaction is a strategic adjustment and will not affect the company's normal operations. The price is fair and will not harm the interests of shareholders.
