On July 23, Hualing Cable replied to investors on the Interactive Easy platform, stating that according to previous calculations for hydropower projects, the amount of cables used internally in hydropower stations is not less than that used for extra high voltage externally. The company's cables have characteristics such as waterproofing, corrosion resistance, resistance to mechanical stress, high voltage, and high current carrying capacity. The company has been involved in several large hydropower projects such as the Three Gorges Water Conservancy, and is a qualified supplier to China Electric Power Construction and China Energy Construction. The company's major shareholder has established a project team and will actively participate in the construction of the Yaxia Hydropower Project.
