The registered amount for both short-term financing bonds and medium-term notes is 2 billion yuan, and the registration quota will be valid for 2 years from the date of the "Acceptance Registration Letter", with China CITIC Bank Limited as the lead underwriter. The company will issue the short-term financing bonds and medium-term notes as required, and fulfill the disclosure obligations in a timely manner.
