According to the financial news app, Zhitong Finance, the latest Central Plains CSI (residential sales price) report is 50.78 points, a decrease of 1.46 points from last week's 52.24. Yang Mingyi, senior joint director of the Central Plains Real Estate Research Department, pointed out that there were no major new projects launched last week, causing a lack of focus in the property market, coupled with the impact of the typhoon on property transactions. The CSI has fallen for two consecutive weeks, totaling 1.54 points, but the index is still above the 50-point mark, indicating a short-term stabilization in property prices and no signs of a decline.
