Antarctic Aurora: Controlling shareholder Jiang Faming lifts pledge of 6.92 million shares.

On July 23rd, Aurora announced that Mr. Jiang Faming, one of the major shareholders and actual controllers, has partially released the pledged shares of the company. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Mr. Jiang Faming holds 47.904 million shares of the company, accounting for 21.52% of the total share capital. The shares released from the pledge this time are 6.92 million shares, accounting for 14.45% of the shares held by him and 3.11% of the total share capital of the company. After the release of the pledge, the remaining pledged shares of Mr. Jiang Faming amount to 13.12 million shares, accounting for 27.39% of his shares held and 5.89% of the total share capital of the company.
