The Development Research Center of the State Administration for Market Regulation released the first "White Paper on the Healthy Development of the Consumption Leasing Industry in the Circular Economy Background", advocating for the strengthening of industry standardization construction. At the same day's Sesame Leasing Ecological Conference, Chen Yunhua, Deputy Director of the Development Research Center of the State Administration for Market Regulation, stated that China's leasing economy is currently facing unprecedented development opportunities.
