Jinlong shares (000712.SZ) plan to acquire 29.3151% equity of Shenzhen Benmao to accelerate the company's business transformation.

Zhijing Financial News APP, Jinlong Stock (000712.SZ) announced that Guangdong Shenbao Yiben Big Data Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Guangdong Shenbao Yiben") and Shenzhen Shenbao Yiben Cultural Industry Equity Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Shenzhen Shenbao Yiben") intend to transfer a total of 29.3151% of the shares of Shenzhen Benmao Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shenzhen Benmao" or the "target company") held by them to the company. The parties concerned have reached a preliminary agreement on this matter and signed a Letter of Intent on July 22, 2025.
