The Guangdong Province Ebola Epidemic Prevention and Control Work Conference was held in Foshan.

Recently, Foshan City, Shunde District, has experienced an outbreak of imported cases of dengue fever. The provincial party committee and government attach great importance to this issue, and Foshan City has taken prompt action. The National Health Commission has sent a working group to provide on-site guidance and promote effective epidemic prevention and control measures. On July 23, a provincial conference on the prevention and control of dengue fever was held in Foshan. Governor Wang Weizhong and Deputy Director of the National Health Commission Sun Yang attended and delivered speeches. Wang Weizhong emphasized the importance, severity, and urgency of the current epidemic prevention and control work in the province.
