Turkey makes final ruling on anti-dumping sunset review of electronic clocks from China

On July 22, the Turkish Ministry of Trade issued Announcement No. 2025/16, which affirmed the positive final ruling of the fourth sunset review of anti-dumping measures on electronic clocks originating from China. It was decided that the anti-dumping duty of 23% would continue to be imposed on the products involved based on the landed price. The measure took effect from the date of the announcement and has a five-year validity period. The Turkish tariff code for the products involved is 9105.21.0.0. On January 26, 2001, Turkey initiated an anti-dumping investigation on electronic clocks originating from China. On November 7, 2001, Turkey made a positive final ruling on the case and officially imposed anti-dumping duties on the products involved. Subsequently, Turkey conducted three sunset reviews on October 24, 2007, October 5, 2013, and May 23, 2019, and made positive rulings each time, extending the duration of the duties. On May 15, 2024, Turkey initiated the fourth sunset review investigation on the case.
