According to the financial news APP, China's leading agricultural industry internet company, One Acre Fund (YMT.US), announced the terms of its initial public offering (IPO) on Tuesday. The company, headquartered in Beijing, plans to issue 5 million American Depositary Shares (ADS), representing 10% of its total share capital, at a price range of $4.10 to $5.00 per share, with an expected fundraising of $23 million. Based on the midpoint of the offering price range, One Acre Fund's fully diluted market value will reach $626 million.
