According to information disclosed by JD Judicial Auction on July 23, on July 18, the real estate located at No. 232, 238, 242, 248, 252, 258, 262 Hengfeng Road and No. 233, 243, 247 Han Zhong Road in Jing'an District, Shanghai was sold at a price of 6.597 billion yuan, with an assessed value of approximately 9.424 billion yuan. This property is the headquarters of Taikoo Group in Shanghai, and the price offered by Taikoo Group before selling it publicly was more than 1.6 billion yuan.
