China Merchants Pingtan Bay, Yunda Shares establish three new energy companies.

According to the Enterprise Check App, recently, three new energy companies were established: Zhaoyunshangwan New Energy Co., Ltd., Zhaoyunshangda New Energy Co., Ltd., and Zhaoyunshangyun New Energy Co., Ltd. The registered capital of each company is 10 million yuan, and their business scopes include power generation, power transmission, power supply, aquaculture, and tourism. Shareholding information from Enterprise Check shows that all three companies are jointly held indirectly by Pingtan Bay Development Investment Co., Ltd. and Yunda Group.
