A piece of land in Suzhou has been sold at a record high price of over 6.5 million yuan per square meter.

On July 23, there were two residential land plots in Suzhou with a total transaction amount of 5.39 billion yuan. The most eye-catching industrial park land plot was won by Greentown Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. at a total price of 4.67 billion yuan, with a transaction floor price of 65,242 yuan/square meter, a premium rate of 8.74%. This transaction floor price set a new record for residential land plots in Suzhou. The other land plot in Wuzhong District was won by Suzhou Xinghong Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. at the base price of 672 million yuan, with a transaction floor price of 14,400 yuan/square meter.
