Zhitong Finance and Economics APP News, Nord shares (600110.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Shenzhen Baijiada New Energy Materials Co., Ltd. ("Baijiada") has signed a cooperation agreement with ChuNeng New Energy Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chuaneng New Energy Limited, including Wuhan ChuNeng New Energy Co., Ltd., Xiaogan ChuNeng New Energy Innovation Technology Co., Ltd., and Yichang ChuNeng New Energy Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. (collectively referred to as "ChuNeng New Energy"). The two parties will cooperate in product supply, product research and development, etc., with the contract stipulating long-term stable cooperation in product supply, commissioned processing, etc. From 2025 to 2030, ChuNeng New Energy is expected to purchase a total of 160,000 tons of copper foil from Baijiada.
