Minshi Group (00425.HK) and Ehang signed a development commission service agreement and strategic cooperation agreement to research and develop low-altitude aircraft related businesses.

Minsheng Group (00425.HK) announced that on July 7, 2025, Minyi (an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into a development commission service agreement with Ehang. According to the agreement, Minyi will provide design, development, manufacturing, and assembly services for specified components of low-altitude aircraft for Ehang. On July 21, 2025, Minsheng Automotive Research (an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Ehang. According to the agreement, both parties agree to establish a cooperation framework for joint research and development and carry out related business activities in the field of low-altitude aircraft.
