The Civil Aviation Administration of China announced today that in the first half of this year, the scale of civil aviation transportation reached a new high, operational efficiency continued to improve, and high-quality development of civil aviation achieved new results. According to statistics: in the first half of this year, the entire civil aviation industry completed a total transport turnover of 783.5 billion ton-kilometers, with a passenger transport volume of 370 million, and a cargo and mail transport volume of 4.784 million tons, representing an increase of 11.4%, 6%, and 14.6% respectively compared to the same period last year.
